One day at a time....

Thanks for visiting! I got married in April 2012 and am moving forward with my weight loss goals. I lost a good 20 lbs before my wedding, but gained all of it back and then some. It's time I stop the cycle.

It would be fantastic to be at my goal weight in 2013, but I am concentrating on one day at a time.

Goal 1: Do push-ups and/or sit-ups during the commercial break of at least 1 1-hour show.

REWARD MYSELF!
Lose 10 Pounds: A new pair of jeans.
Lose 20 Pounds: Buy new work pants and maybe a nice dress :)
Lose 30 Pounds: Date night out with the hubby!
Lose 40 Pounds: Weekend getaway
Lose 50 Pounds: Major shopping trip!
Reach goal weight: 1) Get over the shock, and 2) major shopping trip!

My Program:
New Fastbreak Goals set - 3 times a week at the gym! Also, getting back on board with the January Jumpstart, so 30 min cardio, 5 days per week.

Thanks for the elliptical SparkGoodie. I'm not sure about adding it to our equipment--suspect it would make my heart rate go up, but when I'm in a little better shape, that would probably be a good thing!
