* Staying positive. Life is about the journey and not the destination, so I am focusing on each day as a time to be thankful for!
* Learning from setbacks instead of losing motivation. I will make mistakes. I will give in to temptation. But it doesn't have to happen often. And it doesn't undo all the progress I have made so far!

* 200 (5%) - By 7/10/09 - New pair of shoes! (Increase exercise by 5 minutes daily - to 20 minutes) - !DONE!
* 190 - by 9/4/09 - New work outfit! (Increase exercise by 5 minutes - to 25 minutes)
* 180 - by 10/30/09 - Take out "Too Small" Clothes packed away in the closet
* 170 - by 12/31/09 -


My Program:
* Track all food daily.
* Eat 1200 - 1500 calories per day.
* Follow GOYAAM Plan.
