On the path to a healthier me!

I'm a mental health workert from Northwest Indiana. Weight has been a life long struggle for me. A couple of years ago, I managed to lose 40 pounds. Unfortunately, I've been unmotivated lately so the number on the scale has been slowly creeping up. I am getting myself back on track now and am hoping to continue on to reach my ultimate goal. My plan is to focus on losing just 10 lbs. at a time. I think part of the problem I have had is that looking at the big picture has proven to be just too ...
My plan is to focus on losing just 10 lbs. at a time. I think part of the problem I have had is that looking at the big picture has proven to be just too overwhelming. The feeling of frustration I get when I don't see results as quickly as I should gets to be too much, and I give up. I think moving toward smaller goals that eventually get me to where I want to be will help me to avoid this.

My Goals:
My goal is now to do as much as I can without beating myself up about "not doing enough." I will be getting married at the end of the year, so I want to be as healthy as possible when the time comes!

My Program:
My main cardio program involves the elliptical machine 3 to 4 times a week. I also try to walk every once in a while, and hopefully I will be able to make that more frequent. I am also trying to get back into my strength training routine.

I know you've come father than that. Why just have 202 as your starting point? Why not show off your success and place your highest weight on your ticker?
