Turning My Life Around!

Hey everyone! My name is Megan. I just recently have graduated from high school and i am starting college, studying to become a nurse. I have been through this weight loss journey before loosing about sixty pounds in a year but then gaining it back again. My boyfriend is going into the army the end of September. He will come home a healthier person so i am vowing to create myself into a healthier person. I also am just totally uncomfortable in my own skin right now. My XL scrubs are beginning ...
My XL scrubs are beginning to be too tight, i cant fit into my shorts from last year nor my jeans from last winter. I am very disappointed in myself for letting myself go after trying so hard to change myself but i am the only one who can change myself and i need healthy, life long, permanent change! I want to love myself and learn how to deal with my insecurity and just be confident! i also don't want to constantly worry about what i am going to eat next meal!

My Goals:
My main goal is to be happy with myself. I want to feel comfortable in my own skin which right now i am not. I want to become a permanently healthy person! I want to feel confident!

My Program:
Exercising. Eating healthy. Correct proportions because that is one of my biggest problems! No more fast food like MC Donald's, Wendy's, BK etc. because i really do believe that fast food is ADDICTING! Ordering a 6" sub from subway only twice a week for lunch at work ( subway is right next door and if i didnt make this a goal i would probably eat it every day!) One "sweet" snack a day under 200 calories!

Personal Information:
I am from Massachusetts! Please feel free to email me at hock3ychick1995@gmail.com

Other Information:
body builders inspire me!
