* Average 1600 healthy calories a day with a focus on veggies, fiber, lean protein and whole foods.
* Nothing processed.
* At least 64 ounces of water.
* Writing out my menu and sticking to it.
* No eating in bedroom, in front of the TV, in the car, while standing or after 10PM.
* No mindless eating.
* No huge portions.
* Some type of exercise.

I had planned on sending you the following message tonight, however just read your O.A. Post asking for prayer .. I want you to know that I have been very ill, on the road now to recovery, though unable to go out with my family for a special Celbration dinner .. now I see how the Lord is going to use my disappointment into good for His glory .. this gives me plenty of time to begin praying you through this time of difficulty .. I will claim Gods promises for you!
If you are able drop me an email with as much or little info. as you care to so that I might pray more specifically for the situation!! If not I certainly understand.

Hey! I have not been on. This time of year is always hectic. I have gained weight! I'm not sure how much but it is at least 5-7 pounds. I'm trying not to get really upset about it. After all, the new years resolutions are just around the corner! :) A new year, a new chance!
