Yayyy, that must be so exciting. I like completely fell off the face of the earth, gained A TON OF WEIGHT, then saw myself and was so disappointed. I kicked my butt and got back on and I've been doing great. I know as soon as your little angel comes out, you'll be full force in no time. I love bike riding! The worst part is that, no matter what direction I go from my house, the last 1/2 mile is uphill, Bleh. We have a canoe, and that's tons of fun. There's a reservoir by my house that we'll take it to and just float around all day. It's a super good workout. I usually just end up sitting back and letting Joe do the paddling.
The clothes I'm wearing now are what I wore about a year ago (they didn't fit a few months ago, though). I've been putting off buying any new clothes because I do have enough to wear. In another month, though, I might need to break down and buy some new (2nd hand) pants. It's funny, because the jeans that I've been wearing for the past 2 years have fit me the whole time. I never really thought about the grossness at a gym. Now that you say that, I feel the same way. If I ever touched someone's sweat I would probably puke. I'm also a germaphobe - I used to babysit, but had to stop because the kids would gross me out so much . They had the worst habits - I don't even want to rehash the disgusting things they would do. Oh well, good thing summer is almost here and I can do more outside.
If you can make it through the first few days of not smoking I swear it gets easier! I sure don't envy you, though. When I quit, I ate tons of candy/suckers/gum/food. Probably why I had gained 15-20 pounds. 2020 days ago
