Hey! I'm Megan and I am back here to Spark People after about a year long hiatus. It has, simply put, been one of the craziest years ever. And while I didn't gain back all of the 10 lbs. I lost while tracking on this site, I am definitely working my way back up there.

And now, more than ever, this isn't just about fitting into my jeans. This is about treating my body right and making a lifestyle change.

I don't it won't be easy, but I am prepared to take it meal by meal and workout by workout!

Fitness Minutes: 1,438

My Goals:
Learn how to cook, Stop eating out so much, develop resistance to cravings, Learn to make right choices, Stay postive and focus on living, loving and laughing

My Program:
I am reducing my calorie intake to no more than 1,667. I am working out 4-5 days in the morning with the Wii fit and trying to take brisk walks around the building at work during the day (at least until it gets cold). I span my eating out through out the day by eating a high fiber breakfast, a snack, a satisfying lunch, another snack around 4 and then a dinner at home. I treat myself to another small snack or treat after dinner.

Personal Information:
I am a lifetime resident of the Philadelphia area and I look forward to work toward a story that I can share that will inspire people around me to choose a healthy lifestyle!

Other Information:
I love reading, scrapbooking, writing, wathcing LOST, listening to the radio, spending time with family and friends.
