Short term: Keep an upward spiral! Celebrate the small changes I'm making. When I fall I will pick myself up, dust myself off and keep going!

Aww, thanks so much for the kind comment on my blog the other day! I actually am thinking about going back to the bare bones basics and seeing if I can jump start my weight loss again. It's just getting that motivation that's the hard thing. I'll get there eventually. Thanks!!! Carrie
