Hi, my name is Megan! I've always been curvy but over the past 4 years have added on an extra 40 pounds (which is insane)! I've tried every diet imaginable; Atkins, Weight Watchers, South Beach, Marthas Vineyard Diet Detox, The Zone, I even saw a dietician! You name it I've tried it! They've all worked up to a point, then I plauteau and either stop losing or gain it all back. This is totally unacceptable and I don't want to live with this extra weight (the 40 is on top of 10 pounds I wanted ...

My Goals:
First, I want to lose the extra 40 pounds I've put on since I started working.

Second, I want to lose the 10-20 pounds I had spent all of middle school and high school trying to get rid of.

My Program:
My aim is to run for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week, do strength training 3 days a week for my stomach, arms, and back and to ride my bicycle 20+ miles 3 times a week.
