My Goals:
1 - Wear my 'skinny' jeans Christmas 2010 (lose 30 pounds) 2 - Do real push-ups and the splits this winter 3 - eat/cook/buy healthy foods 4 - go rockclimbing 5 - train for and run a virtual 5k this spring
My Program:
1 - Eat smaller lunches with less snacking 2 - Drink less alcohol - the calories just add up! 3 - Eat smaller portions at dinner. 4 - Try to keep healthy fresh foods in the house! 5 - read my 'women's health' magazine - log on spark 6 - exercise (wii fit and ddr -- winter -- running in spring) Rewards: 5 pounds/1 month of successful eating = Garnier eye roller MET 10 pounds/2 months of successful eating = EA Sports Active 15 pounds/3 months of successful eating = New Haircut 20 pounds/4 months of successful eating = SHOPPING TRIP! Goal 1 - 10 real push-ups Lose 5 pounds - MET (bought garner skin renew eye roller) Goal 2 - do the splits Lose 10 pounds - (will buy EA sports active) Goal 3 - go rockclimbing Lose 15 pounds (new haircut) Goal 4 - train for and run a virtual 5k Lose 20 pounds (go SHOPPING)
