We decided it's not only important to track your weight but your mesasurements as well. I'm sure a lot of people already know that but we get so weight obsessed that we don't think about our BMI or the inches of our waist which is so important because that really has so much to do with heart disease, diabetes, etc.

And they're finding more women are getting these diseases that use to be more common in men because as a society we have let ourselves go and they're finding women are getting the spare tire men get, we are in theory evolving to take on the shape of a mans body! It is considered unhealthy and you are at a higher risk of these diseases if your waist is over 32" for both men and women.

Not to mention the extra stress it puts on our joints. SO yes it is so amazing to feel and look great but the inner benefits and long term benefits are so much more important. But hey if being able to get into a HEALTHY size 6 does good for my insides too I'M IN! This is a life long commitment for me and I really want to be my best for myself and my future family, I want to be a good role model for when I have kids:)

Glad you are eating more organic like myself. Jillian Micheals Master your Metabolism is a great book. I love it.

With a little guy in the house I am not quite ready to be a Vegetarian, but I am happy with my loss so far.

I am on week two the P90X Lean progam, love it. I feel my muscles work hard every day. I am also going to be able to run in two weeks as I will be in Cali and the weather is going to be a nice change.

Keep working hard toward your goals. I know you can do it.

Do you want to start a challenge of our own or join another group's challenge? BTW, I'm doing Slim in 6 now. Did you get a lot of new friends recently? I sent people from Twitter to you.
