Second year, maybe I can get it right this time!

Hi! My names Charitie and I''m a mom with three very active boys. They''''re ages are 9, 8 and 3yr. I''d like to get back to about 157 lbs, I''m probably at about 175 now still about 25lbs leftover from my pregnancies. I''ve never had to diet before and needed some advise on how to start.

My goal is to get back down to about 157 from 195 if possible, become more active and have more energy to keep up with my boys.

My Program:
I enjoy walking, jumping on our trampoline, and doing active things with my kids as much as possible. I also am watching what I eat as much as I can as well.

You always inspire me by being on the leaderboard for the spark team from when we signed up. I am sorry you are struggling with losing and just wanted you to know I have been , too, and just got my act together to start some streaks. We can do it!!

Charitie, thank you so much for reading and commenting on my blog. I loved what you said about wanting to go back to times in your life and relive them, knowing what you know now. I feel that way all the time! But I guess life is set up so that we learn from our mistakes. Seems like a waste, and it's frustrating, but I guess we have to accept a certain amount of blindness.

I hope you have a great weekend and are getting some much-needed rest!

Charitie, after reading your blog about your lack of sleep, I went back to my page, and one of my SparkFriends had sent me this comment, a quote from the SparkTrivia page. I can't believe what a coincidence this is, so I'm forwarding it to you:
