Howdy! I'm Meg. I have issues with fluctuating in weight, but now it's not about what I've done or where I've been, it's all about what I'm doing and where I'm going!

I haven't always been heavy. I have always had terrible eating habits, but being an athlete, weight was never a problem...until I stopped my athletics...

The first time was my Sophomore year (2006-2007) of college. I gained 30 lbs in a month or two. Then I transferred to a college closer to my home town. Lost 30 lbs in 30 days.

The second time (2009), it took about 2 years for 10 lbs to creep back on but by December 2009, my weight was at my highest, 220. Then I changed a few things, and lost the weight in 2 months.

This time the weight gradually crept up on me. I vowed in 2010 that I'd never get back to 200, but 195 is too close for comfort.

I want to understand myself, in order to know how/why I turn to food, so I can maintain a healthy weight and never yo yo again!

I'm reading nutrition and diet books to educate myself as well as self-empowering and improvement books. I love to eat clean! I'm a vegetarian!! I want to get into pylometrics!

i dont measure well, I tend to measure different spots the next go round. I feel slimmer. I'm not bummed though I know changes are happening. I'm waiting for someone to say I look slim to give me the boost I need!

Good morning my friend! I really didn't want to do anything yesterday exercise wise especially since I started getting a head ache BUT I got home and put together a pizza on my wheat flat bread for me and my family and then we all went on a walk at the park up the road. We did our usual 1.5 miles. Today I'm going to try to do the whole park which may be about 3 miles. Happy Hump Day!! =D We are rocking this May challenge!!!
