Time to loose the weight

I am tired of not being able to fit into my clothes and getting depressed when I go shopping for new ones. I feel uncomfortable in my own skin and I want that to change.

I've been exercising pretty hardcore for a week or so. Exercise TV has the Jillian Michael's 30-day shred On Demand right now, so I've been doing the 1st routine along with my walking. Holy cow am I sore. She's pretty hardcore, but I can already see a difference in my endurance.

Don't feel bad. I've been doing well but I'm still really tired. I'm sure it's the cold. It's so warm and snug in the house that I just want to stay curled up with my blankets all day long!
