My Goals:
*To lose 5lbs
*See more definition in body.-arms,legs mostly.
*Create an STEADY habit for a healthy lifestyle vs. a somewhat steady one.
*gradually create ideal workout program 5-6 times a week.

My Program:
My main goal is to be on top of drinking 64 oz of water daily, workout at least 10 mins a day (more if possible) and to meditate more. :)

I am 21,Live in Riverside, Working and going to school for Business,Psychology and interpreting. I also want to get into nutrition again and health.
