Meet and Succeed my Goals

Hi my name is Cheri and i'm from kennewick washington. I am an a new me adventure. My goals are to become healthier happier more energetic and lose some inches to fit into those favorite pants and to feel sexy for my hubby. I have been slowly changing things around in my life. we bought a tredmill and i've started trying to cook and eat better. Hi my name is Cheri and i'm from kennewick washington. I am an a new me adventure. My goals are to become healthier happier more energetic and lose some inches to fit into those favorite pants and to feel sexy for my hubby. I have been slowly changing things around in my life. we bought a tredmill and i've started trying to cook and eat better. I need people to talk to. my husband and i were going to do a contest between us however he is at his ideal weight and BMI so not much of a contest is there.. i have several small goals and then to reach my ideal weight is my end goal to which my husband has offered to buy and take with me some dance lessons! (we have been married for 9 years in sept and i have never danced with him) anyway i just need support and resources to meet and succeed in my goals and then to maintain. I have tried spark people before but i dont think i was ready. I am ready i want a change and I'm here again to get results! thanks for reading and hope to make some friends while here. We also have a daughter Serenity whom i want to set a good example for. I have a hard time with willpower and staying focused I'm hoping that this time around with sparkpeople will be successful!

My Program:
What i'm going to do:
-I'm going to fix healthier more balanced meals.
-make healthier and filling choices in those meals
-when snacks are needed i'm going to grab healthier options fruits, veggies, popcorn
-i will work out 5 days a week. some treadmill and some basic exercises

starting TODAY - track all food and drink ----- goal is to stay within your recommended calorie range AND meet your goal for WATER intake.

at the end of the day, take a screen shot of the bottom of your tracker with the calories, fat, carbs etc. section in it and email it to me. I will email mine to you. (The email can be sent the next morning as I can NEVER get on the computer when Bruce is hoome!) ;)

Email MUST be sent by 9am YOUR TIME for you and 9am MY TIME for me (is that doable for you??)

Winner of the challenge will receive a "surprise" from the loser. (Your choice of what to send if you lose... my choice if I lose...)

WINNING means you tracked and sent results EVERY DAY - first person to drop off loses.
