I gained 40 lbs since 1993 when I came back from a two yr tour of duty in the Peace Corps. I got married, was unhappy, and ate & drank my way to 180 lbs. I'm tired of wondering if I will have to unbutton my pants after lunch or if I look good in a dress. It's time - I'm post menopausal & need to get ready for the next phase of life!
