Checking in on you! Hoping you are committed to the challenge. I see you joined the 50 Pound Challenge team. Check out 50 in 6 and challenge yourself to lose those 50 pounds (or close to it) in 6 months. I am a leader on that team too! Challenge yourself for Valentine's Day!

I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the 50 Pound Challenge TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. Just jump right in. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker.
