My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight and keep it off. I have never taken off the baby weight. And did I mention my kids are 19 & 17!
My Program:
I joined a run group and a gym. I started off at the gym 5-7 days a week and now I have started running outside several days a week. I need to work on my diet and weight lifting.
