It seem as if the closer I got to been thirty the more I notice my body changing! Well, I decided that Im not just going to allow it to control me.

My Goals:
The month of November I am expecting great things. I have posted my measurements as of November 1st. I am excited about coming into a new me. I'm not doing it alone I am doing it with a friend of mine Steph.

My Program:
Steph and I decided to work out to Jillian Michaels Shred 1,2, Trouble Zone and Boost Metabolism. I will continue to track my calories.

Thanks for checking on me. I'm not losing too much, because I'm afraid to while I'm going through Chemo. Not to mention that on the days I can eat...I do...a lot. I think I'm down 5 lbs since I started Chemo in the middle of October. I'll try a lot harder to lose the last 10 or so pounds the second I'm done.

How is it going for you? You and Steph still hittin' the gym a lot?

Awesome job on the loss of inches! I am going to wait until my bloated self isn't bloated anymore before I weigh/measure myself.
