Hi! Yes, the recipe is super easy and soooo delicious! Here it is, skinless chicken cutlets (about 1.5 lbs, slice them in half to get about 6 cutlets) Puree together about 1/2 small can of chipotle in adobo, 3-4 cloves garlic, 1/2 tsp thyme, 2 tsp honey, 1 tbls olive oil, 2 tbls lime juice, 2 tbls lite soy sauce - line a pan with foil, spray with Pam, put the cutlets in and baste 1 side with half the mixture, turn over and baste the other side with the rest. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, turn cutlets over and bake for another 15 minutes or so until done! And there you have it - easy breezy and oh so yummy. It will be spicy, but you can turn it down if you want by using less of the chipotle. I usually pair it with steamed broccoli, which also tastes delish in that sauce from the chicken.
