thanks for the comment about the corn. It was last years. I forgot I had put it up it was to help motivate me this year. Isn't summer fun.

I use my deep covered baker from pampered chef and cook it at 350 degrees. I season it with soy sauce(lite), worchestershire and garlic. I also put water in there to make sure it gets really tender and flip it half way through cooking. Baste it occasionally, as well. It is simple and tastes good. My family loves it.
