My Goals:
In order to meet my goal of having a healthy relationship with food I plan on eating mindfully and calmly, working out (which I love) and using the nutrition trackers. It is so easy to overeat when you are not paying attention. I will rest when I need to rest and not push so hard that I injure myself. I will strive to be my own best friend and replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts, especially about myself.

My Program:
I will continue my karate training, complete 60 minutes of weight training 2 times per week, take at least one yoga class per week and mix up my cardio training with walking, swimming, cycling and gym machines. I will rest when I need to in order to replenish my reserves. I will practice self-compassion.

Personal Information:
My name is Michelle I am from Oceanside, CA (San Diego) I have 4 teenagers, 4 dogs (3 Akitas & a toy poodle!) and two cats. I am enjoying the best years of my life at age 44 with an amazing partner and fulfilling life.
