I Want a Lifestyle Change!

I am 66 years old & I have been in the medical field for 45 years & have LOVED it! I'm currently teaching Medical Assistants. I have 4 stepchildren & 4 grandchildren & an English Springer Spaniel. My husband is retired & gardens in the summer & hunts in the winter. We have been married for 25 years. I love to laugh. I belong to a small church and am a committed prayer warrior. I have been overweight since I was about 8 years old, with brief periods of "thinness", but I always gained back ...

I really would like for this to be a lifestyle change now!

11/11/08 - Reached my first 10% goal today! Am down 26 lbs. Now on to the next 10%!
