LOOK OUT SPRING HERE I COME!!
I am a 33 year old from Missouri. I have struggled with weight and self esteem issues most of my life. I am done being the fat girl. I want to feel proud of myself again. I am focusing on eating healthy and being more active EVERYDAY!!

My Goals:
1.Eat healthy, exercise and stop beating myself up for my past failures.
2.STOP eating junk at work. NO more vending machine, wheel o death or morning donut runs!!
3. Up and ACTIVE 30 minute daily.
4. Only one cheat meal a week.
5. Include my husband and boys in my lifestyle changes.
My Program:
I am trying to find a balance of healthy eating and exercise. Finally working a dayshift job, hopeing that will help with my OUT-OF-CONTROL eating.
