    Don't be afraid. I know the fear of regain all too well. It comes hand in hand with the humiliation of having people see you fail. If you need a pal, I'm here for you.

    My best advice is to start on the Spark Diet Overview and do the Action Steps. The are small, but you have to take small steps to really change. I used to have a very all or nothing view and that had to change for me to change. You can do it! One day, one hour, one minute, one choice at a time.
