Starting over for the last time

I started SP in January 2012 as part of a New Years resolution to lose weight. I lost over 30 lbs during the first 5 months. I was doing everything right: tracking my food; exercising. I was incredibly motivated. By summer, however, I started to slip and slowly regained the weight by the Fall 2012. I've started to restart my program several times over the past year, but have been unsuccessful. After hitting ,y highest weight of 250lbs this summer, I have finally had enough. I'm so tired of ...
I started SP in January 2012 as part of a New Years resolution to lose weight. I lost over 30 lbs during the first 5 months. I was doing everything right: tracking my food; exercising. I was incredibly motivated. By summer, however, I started to slip and slowly regained the weight by the Fall 2012. I've started to restart my program several times over the past year, but have been unsuccessful. After hitting ,y highest weight of 250lbs this summer, I have finally had enough. I'm so tired of carrying this extra weight around. I'm now feeling the effects of obesity, such as severe back pain, breathlessness, elevated blood pressure, swelling in my feet. I just feel unhealthy.

Being overweight and the unhealthy behaviors associated with it, such as binge eating has served in me the past. I over ate for emotional reasons; to soothe emotional pain. But the excess weight has resulted in my loneliness and isolation. I understand that I need different solutions to address my pain.

The solution is the start over. For the last time...

My Program:
I used the nutrition tracker and fitness tracker daily.

For fitness, I am doing the following:

WII NFL Training Camp 2 times/wk

Attend the Gym 3 times per week to do the Elliptical, Treadmill, Aquafit, and Spin cycling.

Yoga/Hot Yoga daily

Other Information:
Weight loss progress

August 11 - 250lbs
