Me too! I volunteered for boy scouts for years, until my boys grew big and lost interest. Ah, but can you imagine when I CAN do a chin-up, won't that be something. And when I reach my goal weight, I will feel WEIGHTLESS lol

Thank you for commenting on my blog. I make my own flas granola. Soak 1 cup of flax seed in 1/2 cup of water and a splash of vanilla extract overnight. Next day bake for 50 mins in 275F oven, turning the flax over now and then. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and dash of cloves, dried cranberries, raisins and chopped nuts. For breakfast add 1/2 c of blueberries or pear and a splash of rice or coconut milk. Have a great day! 1256 days ago
