My Goals:
Working down the a reasonable weight of 160 (per doctor's idea)...may try and knock off 10lb more once I hit my 160lb goal weight. I want to get back into a couple size 12 skirts I used to wear all the time; and size 10 jeans that I have kept for years hoping to fit in them again- my favs!

My Program:
Eat right, work out - cardio and strength training, and enjoying it all as I go.

Personal Information:
From the KCMO area. Farm girl living in the city. Work as a nurse charge capture auditor at a local hospital. Since leaving the floor (12hr+ on my feet) to the auditor position (front of a computer 8hr/day 5day/wk)...my weight has ballooned and my butt widened. Gotta work to get back to floor weight....and then down to goal!

No pain....gonna gain!

Thanks for the tips! I watched Dr. Oz a bit this morning while I was getting ready and he said that it takes our bodies about a month to reset and adject to a new diet and habit....I think the water thing has been getting easier, especially since I aim to drink at least 4 cups per meal. Not only hydrates you, but helps fill you up! Have a good day and I'm glad you came back to Sparkpeople! I've been really on and off of it too, but trying to really stick with it this year and I think meeting people in the area and posting and chatting and giving away goodies helps too!
