I live in the Adirondacks and my favorite ways to get exercise is to xc ski, snow shoe, golf, hike, kayak, Zumba and dance. I won't go in to the detailed drama of my weight related woes...you all know how that story goes. I had lost 50 lbs but have put 1/2 of that back on. I need to stop backsliding and get back on track.
