My Goals:
I would like to strengthen my core, lose 20 pounds and tone and strengthen my legs. I have recently been sidelined by a knee injury. So I am looking to modify my favorite workouts or find new ones.

My Program:
I am starting a new program of walking 3 days a week, lifting 3 days a week and cross training with the elliptical machine 2-3 days a week. The goal is 1-2 rest days.
