Working on the NEW me!!

Hello all,

I'm Keema and am trying to get off this roller coaster ride of weight loss. The very fortunate part of my life is that I am a really active person. Not the I LOVE to workout, but I know that if I want to maintain some kind of healthy lifestyle I must make the gym one of my good friends. I am currently about 160lbs and am not happy. A good 10lbs lost would make me feel better but my ultimate goal is 15 - 20lbs gone.

A scary journey lol... it's just a journey, it's a life style. And I have found that when I am more active on the boards and offering support to others I am more active in my own my own journey and making good choices and staying on track. Everyone has bad spots, but I look at them as speed bumps (when I may be doing more than I healthfully should).
Set your goals to be reasonable and do this the healthful way, with reasonable goals and as you don't want to go back to the yo-yo effect. Make the changes changes that you will be able to live with for the rest of your life.
