Turns out grad school means constantly stress eating and having that extra glass of wine. I have noticed decreased energy and a general sense of uneasiness about my weight but it was not until I stepped on the scale last week that the reality of my decisions gave me a very strong check. Thank you for your comment on my blog. Oh, I hear ya! Same here in Tennessee. Last week...beautiful 'summer' days. This week...getting cooler and cooler each day. Gosh, by next week it is probably going to be COLD. Oh, How I Miss Summer!!!!!

Your story sounds a lot like mine, if i could go back in time and just stop myself from doing all the things that cause me to gain the weight i would in a heart beat! We have a team The Best Shape of Oue Lives, you can check it out from my page. We are small but kind of all in the same boat. I have not been able to log in for some time but since i have been back i am amazed at how much progress everyone has made!
