Turns out grad school means constantly stress eating and having that extra glass of wine. I have noticed decreased energy and a general sense of uneasiness about my weight but it was not until I stepped on the scale last week that the reality of my decisions gave me a very strong check. Hope you had a good Thanksgiving as well! Keep up the good work, you have already accomplished so much! When I feel angry or tired or just lazy I think about how horrible I felt before I started losing weight and know that I never want to be back there again. Good morning!! I saw that you needed support this morning!! I know this is a really tough journey. I know that YOU ARE WORTH all the effort you put into it! You CAN DO IT!! It wont always be easy.
