My Goals:
My first goal is to reach 145 lbs - the weight I graduated college at.

My second goal is to reach 120 lbs - the weight I started college at.


My Program:
My program has changed. I do an integrated one hour cardio and strength training session two times per week. I really should add at least one hour of cardio per week.

Personal Information:
I enjoy running and reading. I also enjoy martini bars.

Other Information:
I ran my first 1/2 marathon on October 15th.
