Hi!

My Goals:
Improve my fitness and lose a bit of weight in order to feel my best and lower my risk of complications from my (currently not flaring) arthritis.

Personal Information:
I'm from northwest Iowa, but now I live and teach (middle school music) in southeast Idaho, where my husband works at Idaho State. We are getting used to the idea of living child-free after IF, but we do have two "furkids," Biscuit and Ollie (house bunnies) as well as quite a few young people we can't claim as ours but enjoy mentoring and spending time with.

Other Information:
I love to read! Robin McKinley and Madeleine L'Engle are two of my favorite authors.

Just a line to keep in touch
Because you are on my mind so much
And even though, I’ve nothing to say
You’ll know I thought of you today!

Have a Sparkly day!!!

10. You get winded from knocking on the door.
9. You have to have a kid chew the candy for you.
8. You ask for high fiber candy only.
7. When someone drops a candy bar in your bag, you lose your balance and fall over.
6. People say, "Great Keith Richard's mask!" and you're not wearing a mask.
5. When the door opens you yell, "Trick or ..." and can't remember the rest.
4. By the end of the night, you have a bag full of restraining orders.
3. You have to carefully choose a costume that won't dislodge your hairpiece.
2. You're the only Power Ranger in the neighborhood with a walker.
1. You avoid going to houses where your ex-wives/ex-husbands live.

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I added you as a friend and hope you'll add me as one of yours.
If I eat every day as I did today, there won't be any reason for me to feel cravings or anything else. I'm full and still have my evening fruit to eat. That's be water packed fruit cocktail and cantaloupe.
