My Goals:
My goal is to lose about 50 pounds. I'm in no hurry, I just want to find something that works. I hope this works. 50 pounds gone will be the happiest day of my life!



My Program:
I'm going to try to stay well within my calorie intake. I'm going to excersise as much as I can and get the proper sleep each night. I'm going to do anything I can to be able to wear a bikini this summer for the first time! If anyone has ANY ideas to help me not be all flabby, PLEASE feel free to let me know. I want to be as healthy as I can be and look as good as I can look!

Looks like we have the same work schedule! LOL

I'm working the morning shift tomorrow though so I'm goin to go to the park and get some exercise finally! I'm Just hoping there isn't too many people around so I won't be embarrass and not do it =/ Wish me luck!

And I'm a lazy person too! but glad you were able to have two workouts today I see! =)

Yea I find it hard to find the time to exercise too. I work and usually at night.. I need to find a way to have a healthy sleeping schedule so I can actually wake up before I have to get ready for work to eat a good breakfast and work out. But at least I been able to eat a bit healthier!

I'm tired today. I've been focusing on running and its been waring me out. But this weekend should be fun and relaxing. My friends and I are having a camp out tonight. :)
