My "Burnin' Calories" Page

After being a busy/active stay-at-home Mom for nearly 15, I've re-entered the work force and quickly gained 20#'s by sitting at a desk or in my sales car all day. I cannot afford to buy new clothes and must lose this weight to get back down to my healthy weight of 126# and more importantly to have a healthy heart and BMI of 22 instead of the 26 it is now. So let's get busy!!

My Goals:
Lose 25 more pounds and get back down to 126 pounds and a healthy BMI of 22. Ready to be healthier at 50 than ever before!

My Program:
Cutting out sugar, increasing protein, reducing carbs and fat intake and making a concentrated effort to do at least 1 hour of cardio per day.
