My Goals:
My goal is to lose approximately 20 pounds and improve my next 1/2 marathon time by at least 10 minutes.

My Program:
I'm eating 1200-1500 calories a day by tracking my food. I run 3-4 times per week with long runs on the weekend. I also take Pilates and Spin classes fairly regularly.

Regarding your comment on my blog, I just found a button on the nutrition page where you can change your nutrition goals. It is just to the right of the word nutrition and if you click on it, it gives more information. Hope that helps.

Congrats on your run! I have been so slow this week, and kind of sore. I may need to transition back into running for awhile. I am already hoping to do Napa again next year with Team Challenge. I loved the experience!
