My goal is to lose weight, eat right, have more energy. yet taking one day at a time. to accomplish this I have to stay focused and not let anything or anyone distract me. most importantly let God be my guide.


My Program:
my program is to watch the amount that I eat, what I eat..no fast foods, or junk food, limit the amount of processed foods. eat more veggies and fruit. lots more water, less sweet drinks

Rest emoticon make sure you get plenty of rest so you can have lots n lots of fun emoticon

Drink emoticon drink plenty of fluids emoticon emoticon emoticon hopefully the healthy kinds and limit the other kind....to add to your fun emoticon
