I have a Polar F6 HRM. It's really nice. From what I've heard, the one below doesn't show calorie burn (the F4). The one above, the F11, is more expensive and has more bells and whistles. Just know that they suggest you send the watch part in to get its battery replaced and when the transmitter battery dies I believe you have to either send it in or get a new transmitter. But, it's all worth it in my opinion. I personally expect that the watch will last long enough for me to reach my goal, before I have to replace the batteries.

I had to finally admit to myself that I wasn't missing anything when it came to food. When the family sits down at the table and overeats, I just think about all the diseases that could threaten them when they all get older. Eating right when we are young helps with us as we age.
