This time is it!

I have been trying to lose weight for over 20 years! I lost the most when I was doing Weight Watchers online & yoga. This time I am doing CURVES and watching what I eat.

My Goals:
Learn to eat healthy.
Learn to exercise for life.
Lose 100 pounds & keep it off.

GOAL: To wear size 22 by December 1, 2009

My Program:
I am doing Curves Smart.
I am following my own diet, right now at 1200 calories per day. Then up to 1500 calories. Then eat regular until my weight goes up, then back to 1200.
Trying to walk 30 minutes 3 times a week.

This is the first time I have joined a gym. I had been pretty much terrified of the idea. My mom, thankfully, was very persuasive. LOL She's a lung cancer survivor and has taken on many new challenges since... joining a gym and walking a marathon, for example... I couldn't say no when she said she wanted a gym buddy. We keep each other inspired.

It's funny you should mention Jefit... I had just downloaded it on Monday. It has been very useful. I also like another great free app called Workout Trainer by Skimble. It is voice-guided workouts, stretching, and yoga.
