Suggestions:
1. Take a couple of pics and add one for every 10 pounds you lose.
2. Make a list of rewards your going to give yourself. For example, in 14 pounds I get a new Magazine subscription and in 64 pounds I get a night at a B&B.
3. Read sparkpages and blogs written by people who've lost large amounts of weight. So motivating.
