Fathers Day 2008 (June 15) 292 lbs... Moooooooooooooo...

My Goals:
Right now - I'm trying to learn how to eat and be healthy for the rest of my life. Losing weight will come. Current goal: 250 lbs by 10/24/08 (my daughter's birthday!)
My Program:
I'm making healthier choices. I'm using sparkpeople to track my nutrition. I'm learning how to be healthy again. 06/15/2008 (Father's Day) 292 lbs. / 17 lbs lost. Mooooo! Three weeks in and I still feel as big as a house. 07/02/2008 284 lbs / 8 lbs lost / 25 lbs total 07/17/2008 (my b-day) 279 lbs / 13 lbs lost / 30 lbs total. I'm ready for someone to notice. 08/20/2008 (my son's b-day) 269 lbs / 10 lbs lost / 40 lbs total. I'm feeling great. 09/20/2008 262 lbs / 7 lbs lost / 47 lbs total. It's slowing a bit - but I've added more walking and am feeling great! 10/24/2008 (my daughter's b-day) I have a goal of weighing 250. I know my weight loss is slowing - but I'm upping my cardio a bit. Wish me luck! I enjoy weighing only once a month or so. It seems to help me keep my eye on the big picture and get tuned-in to other signs of being healthy.

I love to laugh and smile.
Other Information:
I love my kids. I enjoy coaching them in their sports and watching them grow. I love baseball, playing my guitar, reading, watching movies, history and a slew of other things.
