hello and welcome, I'm so glad you found your way to sparkpeople this was just what i needed when i found it the tools really help a lot. I'm still finding new areas in here i like it a lot and have learned sooooo much on correcting my eating habits, the right foods to eat,exercise and just a lot of knowledge everywhere you turn the teams are fun with the many challenges and all, the recipe finder with it's tools are great and of course the community sites and the spark family you will build in here thanks for adding me i added you as well happy sparking have a great week godbless.
