My Goals:
I'd like to feel fit again. I used to be in good shape and work out a lot before I had kids.

My Program:
Trying to avoid snacking, to work out more. To set better eating habits for my kids. I'd like to feel better in my clothes.

Personal Information:
I am 36, have 2 small boys. I commute a long way to work, so I don't have a lot of time to work out.

Favorite books: Shipping News. The entire series of The First Ladies' Detective Agency.
