June 2012 - It's hard to believe that I'm approaching what I'll probably call my goal weight for the rest of my life. It's a mental change, I guess the transition from weight loss to weight loss maintenance. I'm excited but also a little nervous. No one wants to fail. We'll see what the rest of 2012 brings!

This DVD, when you do both level one and two is 75 minutes long. I'm still sore two days out!

Well done! I have a ton of her dvds but not that one! Is each level 20 minutes or so in length? I have her 30-Day Shred and I wonder how similar it is to that...!

Way to go on getting back into the groove this week! Let's be shreddin' & liftin' rockstars this week!

Hah! I guessed that your username would be MD4PETS and I was right! The horrible Memorial Day weekend (food and exercise wise) mostly consisting of bad restaurants near Waverly OH and your enthusiasm motivated me to start back to SparkPeople. So I went to the chiropractor on the following Wednesday, and that alleviated a LOT of back pain I didn't even realize I was saddled with. I felt immediately better, and this week (as you saw on FB) I was able to get back to the C25K program! So, here I go! You can come see me 20 lbs lighter at the birthday celebration!
