I now currently weigh more that I did when I joined one year ago. This was due to medications, but it is too discouraging to keep coming here everyday and seeing such negative results. I have enjoyed the people I have met here and wish them huge success.

Hi Again Mai,

Just re-read your comment on my spark page. I don't watch the DVD's while I'm on the treadmill. I alternate treadmill workouts with my DVD workouts.

Sorry if that was confusing....besides watching them without doing would be too easy!!!

Hi Mai,

I have a grand library of DVD's from over the years....they range anywhere from Richard Simmons, Jane Fonda, many dance oriented DVD's I've bought at Cinema One...Tae Bo DVD's & even the Sparks Bootcamp DVD. There is a combo of step aerobics, low impact, strength training, combos of both, music & movement....I have a wide selection to choose from & no excuses not to utilize them....just need the habit to form since I have always preferred the sun outside for increased activity...specifically walking.

Love to learn more about your 11.00 a month cell phone company...It sounds like our useage & purpose is very similar. I really feel BURNED by my subscriber.

Just dropping in to say THANKS for wanting to have me as a friend - friends are "a good thing" indeed!

You are so very welcome for the goodie, and the comments on your blog! Feel free to have a look around my page if you feel like it - there are lots of photos of my beasties - those still with me, and some who are gone now - there are even some of the family too.

Most of my blogs tend to be about my Collies, and most of the most recent ones tend to be about our precious little miracle -my DD's baby - the first of which tells how this incredible gift of love came into being. Some were done pretty much 'tongue in cheek ' - for fun, others were more serious. But they are there if you want to know a bit more about me....LOL
