Thanks for your response to my blog. This is my first week with the Shred diet. I don't have very many tips yet. My eating before was way out of hand. I just couldn't figure out how to eat healthfully on my own. This book really helps. I follow it for breakfast, lunch and snacks. At dinner, I have what the family is having, but watch my portions. So far it's working. You can only weigh yourself once a week, so I can't weigh in until Monday, but even so, I feel like I have lost some weight. Good luck with it!!!!
