Wow been a mess for the last week but making my way through. Heel down, toes up. I have a heating pad on my thigh, so weird! Anyhow, a little over a week before I weigh myself. My DH had some good advice! Hope you lost 5 lbs in a month and if it is more great. I always have high expectations lol. Hope you are having a great week! No weighing yourself till Monday emoticon

HI there! thanks for stopping by. If someone were to ask me if they should try Paleo, I would ask them a few questions. 1) How do you feel? Seriously. Do you have any aches and pains (almost feels like inflammation)? 2) Are you working out / eating with the intent to lose weight and you are not losing weight? Those were the 2 questions that got me started on the Paleo Program. Two days in (yes a short time I know lol) but I already feel great. Perhaps google some Paleo Success Stories - I did this on youtube and there is information to there! Good luck.

Thank you for the goodie that you sent me yesterday. I'm trying to make today better. I got up showered, got dressed, put on my make up - but I'm still crying and sad. I have a doctor's appt today for some HRT. Praying that this will help me feel like my normal self again!

I see you went to a Steelers game. Are you a fan? I'm a die hard fan. I was disappointed in this year's playing but there's always next year!
